Orders
- Some items may be out of stock at the time of receipt of your order. If this is the case, you will be informed via email before payment.
Payment
- All prices are in AUD dollars.
- All payment must be made in AUD dollars.
- Total payment amount and all charges (eg. Shipping/handling) will be confirmed via email.
Delivery
- Items will be delivered AFTER payment is confirmed and received.
- xXOoFashION will NOT be responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
Exchange/Return/Refund
- Exchanges/Returns/Refunds are NOT permitted for All items. Please choose carefully.
- For quality assurance, all items are checked thoroughly before shipment.
- Orders that are returned to us due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers' expense.
- Orders that are abandoned by your local post office or customs, for whatever reason, will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customers' expense.
Customs Duty
- xXOoFashION will NOT be responsible for any duty or any matters relating to customs.
- Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy is the responsibility of our customers. xXOoFashION cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.
